All jewelry is plated in either 18k gold, rhodium or rose gold. To ensure the life of the jewelry it is important to properly care for your piece by keeping them away from excessive direct sunlight, water, hair products, perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Your jewelry should be removed when bathing, exercising and swimming. After each use wipe down your jewelry with a soft cloth and store in the provided casings.

Items needing repair within 30 days of purchase will be repaired free of charged. all other repair requests (past the 30 day purchase date) are subject to assessment and will be subject to a repair fee if repairable. In order for a repair to be processed please email sales@kassali.com and an associate will be in touch with you on how to proceed.
Note: we are not responsible for repair items sent in or dropped off without properly being submitted via email. Because our jewelry is plated we are not able to repair jewelry with plating and/or polish issues past our 30 day purchase policy (please refer to our jewelry care section for proper maintenance).
