All jewelry is made to order, please allow 2 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post Expedited mail service.

International orders outside of Canada are shipped by UPS.

returns & exchanges:

Kassali Jewelry is hand-set and meticulously crafted for excellence. If you are not fully satisfied, any item can be exchanged or credited only within 14 days of online purchase, assuming pieces are unworn. If returning any item, please ensure that the item(s) is shipped in a way that will prevent any damage to the piece or an exchange may be denied. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

All items on sale are final and are not subject to exchange or credit. Sale items include those items purchased with a coupon code.

Kassali Designs offers a 1-Year manufacturer warranty. Kassali Designs has the right to determine whether the jewelry item in question needs repair due to manufacturing or due to negligence, such as an item being dropped and damaged, in which case a repair cost will be applied.
